Which cylinder head material is the best one to use: cast iron or aluminum?

Which intake runner volume should I choose?

What’s the point of all of the different combustion chamber sizes on RHS™ heads and which size is correct for my engine?

I’ve picked out a set of heads, any ideas on an intake manifold?

I need pushrods. Why doesn’t RHS™ list the right size pushrods for my engine based on the cylinder head choice that I’ve made?

What valve springs should I run?

What kind of camshaft should I run with my new cylinder heads?

What’s all this talk about piston to valve clearance? Can’t you tell me if I have enough or not based on my engine data? And while we’re at it, where do rocker arm ratios figure into all of this stuff?

My buddy has a set of camel hump heads. He says that they were professionally rebuilt and that he’ll sell them to me for $500. Does this sound like a good deal? I’m building a small block Chevy hot street/strip car and plan on doing more than a little bit of drag racing.
